Awakenings Sunday Trading

Awakenings has a wide selection of Christmas cards, including inspirational, handmade as well as humourous arriving constantly from now on.

For all the special people in your life who you want to send a unique card to, from your loved ones, to friends and work colleagues visit us for your selection.

OR Alternately, if you are pressed for time, email and/or phone us to prepare a range of suitable cards for you to select from in your lunch break or on your way home.

Thankyou to all who participated in the Awakenings Book/Discussion Groups throughout 2008.

It was an interesting year and hopefully you all gained some insight into the various areas covered, as well as the way to incorporate them into your everyday life.

A selected text is the focus each month with a view to introducing concepts, techniques and information in the workshop environment, which can be incorporated into daily life.

Group 2 - Intermediate | Further Information and Application Form

For those who have an interest in further exploring some of the previous themes in more detail with a specific focus each term.

Participants are also involved in self exploration and are encouraged to participate in the presentations of various topics related to the texts and of interest to them.
